Influencer Sourcing Assistant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Influencer Sourcing Assistant to join our growth marketing team. This teammate will support the early stages of the influencer marketing process. This role will focus on identifying, vetting, and sourcing high-quality influencers, managing gifting and product seeding logistics, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for creator collaborations.

In Short

• Source and vet influencers based on brand-specific criteria.
• Build curated influencer lists and maintain tracking sheets.
• Coordinate influencer seeding and logistics.
• Execute influencer outreach with flexibility for custom messaging.
• Monitor and report on outreach performance.
• Maintain organized records of outreach history and communication.
• Build professional relationships with influencers.
• Communicate campaign goals and guidelines to influencers.
• Support miscellaneous operations tasks as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms like Aspire.
• A people-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Ability to work in EST time zone.
