GrowthAssistant is looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate helps launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns, using A/B testing and data analysis to improve performance. Track key metrics, report on results, and address challenges proactively. Create detailed reports and collaborate on new ad content and channels with cross-functional teams.

In Short

Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and others.
Create, manage, and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI ($7-10K daily, max is $35K/daily).
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media.
Utilize audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Generate and present reports on key performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization.
Work closely with other marketing team members to align paid social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Manage relationships with advertising platform representatives and external vendors.

Requirements

2+ years of Facebook, TikTok are prio (nice to have Reddit, LinkedIn, and Snapchat paid social) media management experience
1+ years experience with organic social management
Working / navigational knowledge of Looker Studio (basic knowledge or any analytics background)
Intermediate Excel / Sheets capabilities
Great verbal and written English communication skills
Experience with Twitter, FB, and Linkedin preferred
