Overview

We’re looking for an Affiliate & TikTok Shop Marketing Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll support the management of TikTok Shop accounts, optimize product listings, and help drive affiliate marketing strategies for multiple brands. You’ll collaborate with influencers to create content that boosts brand visibility and sales, while also tracking campaign performance.

In Short

• Manage TikTok Shop marketing for 5–10 different accounts.
• Develop and execute ROI-focused affiliate marketing strategies.
• Recruit and manage relationships with affiliates and influencers.
• Collaborate with creators to produce engaging content.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Work closely with project managers and clients.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
• 1+ year managing TikTok Shop marketing.
• Agency experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok’s platform and e-commerce features.
• Proficiency in analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
