Overview

We’re looking for a Video Content Editor who can craft exceptional audio-visual stories from interviews, expert discussions, and brand media. In this role, you’ll shape the way our podcast and video content comes to life—handling everything from post-production to platform-specific optimization.

In Short

• Edit long-form podcast episodes into engaging audio and video formats
• Produce short-form clips for TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
• Enhance content with color correction, motion graphics, and creative cuts
• Maintain file structures and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with the creative team on show flow and visuals
• Monitor metrics to iterate on format
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for published content
• Support marketing with video assets
• Optimize workflows to increase editing efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of video/audio editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition
• Experience producing content for social media
• Solid grasp of storytelling and brand voice
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset for data-driven creativity
