In Short

• Lead the full cycle of recruiting: source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close candidates.
• Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring candidate quality and speed-to-hire.
• Conduct structured, skill-based interviews to assess technical depth.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to maintain data and reporting.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to reduce time-to-fill.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume staffing environment.
• Experience placing technical talent in engineering, product, data, or similar fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Ability to align work schedule with Pacific Time and adapt to EST–PST windows.
