Overview

The Analytics Engineer at GROW Inc will leverage strong technical skills in Python, Spark, and DBT to collaborate with team members, define analytics outcomes, and optimize data pipelines.

In Short

• Strong technical experience with languages and tools such as Python, Spark, DBT, Databricks.
• Collaborate with team members to collect business requirements and design data models.
• Provide clean and appropriate data sets/views for reporting requirements.
• Identify gaps in data and work with Data Engineers to address them.
• Apply statistical calculations and models against data sets.
• Engage in continuous improvement of data pipelines and stores.
• Provide input into the discovery and solution phase for business needs.

Requirements

• Experience with Python, Spark, DBT, and Databricks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data modeling and analytics.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
