Overview

The Analytics Engineer at GROW Inc will play a crucial role in collaborating with team members to collect business requirements, define successful analytics outcomes, and design data models while working in a flexible, remote environment.

In Short

• Strong technical experience with languages and tools such as Python, Spark, DBT, Databricks.
• Collaborate with team members to collect business requirements and design data models.
• Provide clean and appropriate data sets/views for reporting requirements.
• Provide insights and work with Data Engineers on data gaps.
• Apply statistical calculations and models against data sets.
• Continuous improvement on performance optimization of data pipelines.
• Input into the discovery and solution phase for Business/Client needs.

Requirements

• Strong technical experience with Python, Spark, DBT, Databricks.
• Experience in data modeling and analytics.
• Ability to provide insights and collaborate with Data Engineers.
• Knowledge of statistical calculations and models.
• Experience with performance optimization and CI/CD practices.
