Grow Financial is headquartered in Tampa, FL. For remote roles, candidates must be located in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY.

• Responsible for all aspects of underwriting and regulatory control of the Real Estate Lending Department.
• Maintain agency and investor guideline implementation to ensure portfolio safety and quality.
• Employ underwriting methods for compliance with company and industry guidelines.
• Develop relationships with government agencies and vendors.
• Oversee quality control of the Real Estate lending process.
• Implement training programs for loan officers and auditing personnel.
• Participate in community and advisory groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years experience in mortgage lending and underwriting required.
• 3 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Understanding of secondary market guidelines.
• Ability to analyze complex income and tax returns.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Effective negotiation and adaptability skills.
• Working knowledge of PC and software.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasked, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
