In Short

  • End-to-End responsibility for multiple parallel commercial projects in the DACH region
  • Steering and coordinating cross-functional projects such as product launches, phasing out legacy systems, pricing strategies, and more
  • Coordinating numerous stakeholders within and outside the COO organization to ensure smooth project execution
  • Independently identifying and solving blockers to achieve project goals on time and within budget
  • Building and leading a small project team as needed, including coaching and developing team members
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action to ensure innovative solutions and sustainable success
  • Budget management and resource planning to ensure efficient project implementation
  • Regular reporting to management and relevant stakeholders on project progress and results

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration, project management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in leading complex commercial projects, ideally in the DACH region
  • Proven experience in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to work both strategically and operationally
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
  • Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong time and self-management skills to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to drive projects in line with business goals
