In Short

• Responsible team member for implementing new accounting software (Oracle NetSuite).
• Participation in project meetings (internal/external with consultants).
• Adjustment of financial/accounting processes to new requirements.
• Support in preparing and reviewing migration data, data cleansing.
• Assistance in configuring the software according to local requirements.
• Support during User Acceptance Testing.
• Act as a superuser and trainer for the accounting team.
• Main contact for the accounting team and consultants during the hypercare phase.
• Support in optimizing and documenting existing and future processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training.
• 5 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Project experience in implementing accounting software is an advantage.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Sufficient English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Very good PC user skills, especially in Excel.
• Knowledge of NetSuite or Diamant is an advantage.
• Accuracy, diligence, and independent working style.
