Overview

Group O is looking for an innovative and experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges.

In Short

• Promotes the adoption of AI tools across the organization and mentors technical teams in their use.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify opportunities and gain buy-in for AI solutions.
• Works with the sales team to demonstrate AI solution capabilities.
• Prototypes and implements new AI capabilities to meet client needs.
• Acts as the AI subject matter expert and assists in AI use and training resources.
• Monitors and improves AI use across technology solutions.
• Stays up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years’ experience working with technical solutions.
• Proven experience with Software Development, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
• Experience leading projects to implement AI-driven solutions.
