Overview

The organization is seeking a Principal Specialist - Fundraising to anchor fundraising efforts and funder relationships across Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and Foundations.

• Actively scout for and acquire donors to meet the organization's fundraising goals.
• Own and manage all funder relationships, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Create and manage customized funder proposals to target different funders.
• Prepare individual project reports for different projects.
• Conduct comprehensive online secondary research to understand funder interests.

Requirements

• A proven track record of successfully raising funds from large institutional donors, CSRs, and HNIs.
• Substantial experience in managing and nurturing donor relationships.
• A strong network within the global and Indian donor community.
• A deep understanding of the development sector and the funder ecosystem.
• Excellent proposal writing skills.
• A high level of ethics and integrity.
