Overview

The Customer Engagement & Concierge Specialist will drive user engagement on the Grip platform, ensuring participants are active and booking meetings through proactive outreach and demonstrations.

In Short

• Engage with event participants to boost platform usage.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and video demos.
• Maximize the number of meetings scheduled between users.
• Promote the benefits of the mobile app and desktop platform.
• Handle objections and motivate users to complete profiles.
• Implement onboarding programs for users.
• Provide technical advocacy for optimal platform use.
• Gather user feedback to improve the product experience.
• Work US shifts (9am-6pm EST) during the project duration.
• Temporary, project-based role covering March & April 2026.

Requirements

• Experience in tele-sales or outbound account management.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to conduct engaging video demonstrations.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with event platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with customer engagement strategies.
