Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies with the Marketing Director
Drive growth through integrated campaigns across paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media
Optimise lead nurture processes and conversion rates with sales teams
Manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Implement and maintain SEO best practices
Create and execute LinkedIn-focused B2B social media strategies
Develop, manage and optimise HubSpot CRM and marketing platform
Create compelling, conversion-focused copy across all channels
Monitor, analyse, and report on paid and organic campaign performance
Provide ongoing evaluation of campaigns and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
HubSpot expertise required: demonstrable experience in implementing Hubspot CRM and marketing platform, automation, email campaigns, and lead scoring
Proven track record in managing successful Google and LinkedIn PPC campaigns
Strong working knowledge of WordPress and GA4
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush/Ahrefs) preferred
Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
