We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to support our success in a green startup focused on energy management and visualization software. Your skills in finance will help us make strategic decisions and manage budgets effectively.

In Short

• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets as a strategic controller.
• Handle operational business processes including bookkeeping and invoicing.
• Manage liquidity and payment controls.
• Serve as a direct contact for shareholders, banks, and auditors.
• Support decision-making processes and contractual agreements.
• Assist in creating financially relevant documents for potential investors.
• Optimize internal controlling and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on finance/controlling.
• Initial experience in finance/controlling roles, such as internships.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent Excel proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
