Overview

As a Breakfast Waiting Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and welcoming experience for guests each morning, ensuring high standards of service in a friendly and proactive manner.

In Short

• Set up the dining area and breakfast buffet before opening.
• Open the restaurant doors promptly at 7.30am and welcome guests warmly.
• Take guests orders in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
• Deliver food efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct and presented well.
• Regularly check and top up breakfast buffet items, keeping the area clean and well stocked.
• Process payments accurately using the till system.
• Anticipate guests needs and respond quickly to requests.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a tidy environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all FOH areas.
• Assist with closing down the breakfast area at the end of the shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, proactive, and can-do attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
