• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns that highlight Green Dot’s mission and values.
• Design and manage social media strategies to showcase life at Green Dot.
• Create compelling job descriptions and manage job postings for visibility.
• Identify trends in education employment to keep recruitment competitive.
• Oversee an employee referral program including promotion and tracking.
• Produce engaging content for digital channels like newsletters and social media.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize outreach efforts.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all messaging.
• Collaborate with team members to surface compelling stories about the workplace.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across recruitment and employer branding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, marketing, or employer branding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using recruitment tools like applicant tracking systems.
• Data-informed mindset with ability to interpret analytics.
• Familiarity with the teacher recruitment landscape preferred.
• Knowledge of digital advertising and content marketing best practices preferred.
• Dependable, humble, and committed to educational equity.
• Must pass a TB test and background check at the time of offer.
