Overview

The Lead Financial Analyst serves as a key technical and analytical contributor within the Strategic Finance team, strengthening modeling capabilities, sharpening financial insights, and supporting efficient planning across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience building complex financial models.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including PowerQuery and PowerPivot.
• Experience in capital planning and investment analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP and BI tools like NetSuite and PowerBI.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Strong communication skills.
