• Optimize the entire conversion funnel and experiment with various marketing strategies.
• Own marketing operations and collaborate closely with BDRs and sales teams.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, oversee analytics, and measure performance.
• Experiment with new ways to generate pipeline and share insights.
• Be a core leader within the Marketing organization.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of growth marketing experience in high-growth tech startups.
• Proven ability to build and scale marketing systems effectively.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a rapidly scaling company.
• Curiosity and eagerness to experiment and learn.
