Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or energy engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in energy engineering or decarbonization projects.
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and renewable energy systems.
• Proficiency in energy modeling and project ROI analysis.
• Strong communication skills and project management abilities.
