Overview

The Data Insights Manager is a business-facing individual contributor who builds trusted dashboards and translates data into actionable insights for GTM, Product, and Finance. They align on consistent metrics, validate health scoring models, and deliver executive-ready narratives that drive adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue efficiency.

In Short

• Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, and Product on the GTM & Product metrics framework.
• Ship role-based BI dashboards/scorecards that drive decisions.
• Deliver executive-ready insight readouts that convert signals into plans.
• Standardize measurement and ROI methods.
• Partner with Marketing/Sales/RevOps on shared funnel and SLAs.
• Collaborate with FP&A on planning and forecasting.
• Improve data quality and enable self-service analytics.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in business analytics with a strong track record.
• Expert in SQL and data modeling.
• Hands-on with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiar with product analytics tools and GTM systems.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Solid measurement fundamentals.
• Proven collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and FP&A.
