Senior Data & Insights Manager - Remote

Overview

This role will be responsible for driving and executing the VXBS (Visa-Cross-Border-Solutions) Insights roadmap, which aims to deliver value through actionable, informed insights and accessible and supported data products.

In Short

• Own Financial metrics, KPIs, segments by establishing an understanding on strategic objectives, product features and business needs
• Drive Finance BI reporting requirements, user stories, backlog grooming and contribute to deliver optimal reporting / BI solutions to internal users and external clients
• Strong SME knowledge on financial and pricing data sets, data platforms and tools across VXBS
• Apply and conform to existing data standards and quality criteria
• Drive and manage daily standups, sprint planning, project meetings, and internal client meetings
• Present in VXBS Insights global meets to drive growth, training and collaboration across teams
• Effectively communicate insights to multiple levels of management
• Top-notch stakeholder management skills

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced SQL, Tableau and Power BI skills
• Extensive work experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in large database manipulation
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and BI trends
• Financial services/payments industry experience required
• Strong desire to be hands-on with data and analytics
• Ability to think critically and develop workable solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive positive change
