Overview

The Business Analyst at Granicus is responsible for implementing business system solutions tailored to customer needs, involving setup, configuration, integration, and data validation. This role requires close collaboration with clients and the development team to ensure successful project delivery.

In Short

• Gather system requirements and produce detailed specifications.
• Analyze business needs and document requirements.
• Validate and analyze data as approved by the customer.
• Conduct system testing and train end users.
• Consult with management on system principles.
• Design and execute test plans for user acceptance.
• Modify systems to improve operations.
• Serve as project leader for systems projects.
• Document experiences to improve future projects.
• Participate in the sales cycle as needed.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software platforms and service-oriented tools.
• Familiarity with Puerto Rico government regulations.
• Solid grasp of HR functions and systems implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork and customer service focus.
• Understanding of QA and software testing principles.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Willingness to travel across Puerto Rico for client visits.
• Comfortable in a hybrid working environment.
