Overview

GEICO is seeking an experienced Engineer to help drive our insurance business transformation by building high-performance, low maintenance, zero-downtime platforms and applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Programming experience with modern languages like Java, C++, or C#.
  • In-depth knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Understanding of micro-services oriented architecture.
  • Experience with Azure services and DevOps concepts.
  • Familiarity with load testing and troubleshooting tools.
  • Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle.
  • Experience in Big Data technologies.
  • Strong ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
