Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) for our outpatient practice in California.

In Short

• Full-time position for Licensed Mental Health Professionals in California.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine family needs.
• Provide support to families in crises.
• Educate team members on clients’ psychosocial challenges.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient histories.
• Provide customized support to clinicians and patients.

• Assist in controlling violent or combative patients.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• At least 1 year of experience in mental health.
• Strong knowledge of substance abuse and trauma.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in crisis intervention.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to provide training to other staff.
• Ability to handle physically challenging situations.
