Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) - Remote

Overview

We’re expanding access to virtual mental health services and looking for licensed therapists to join our team. If you’re committed to making mental health care more accessible and effective, this role offers an excellent opportunity to support clients remotely while working with a collaborative care team.

In Short

• Provide virtual therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and develop treatment strategies.
• Ensure timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to create and modify care plans.
• Address urgent mental health concerns with effective crisis intervention techniques.
• Work full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Support clients remotely.
• Collaborate with a care team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain a commitment to improving mental health access.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience in providing mental health therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Experience with crisis intervention techniques.
