Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Remote

Overview

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with clients who are trying to make sense of relationship stress, family conflict, emotional overwhelm, communication breakdowns, and major life changes. Through secure telehealth sessions, you will provide therapy that helps individuals, couples, and families better understand their patterns and build healthier ways to move forward.

In Short

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Complete intake assessments and gather relevant family, relationship, and mental health history
• Create treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and presenting concerns
• Support clients with relationship strain, communication issues, anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions
• Use appropriate therapy approaches for individual and relational concerns
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
• Follow HIPAA standards and professional telehealth guidelines
• Refer clients to additional care or community resources when clinically appropriate

Requirements

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification
• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth
• Strong understanding of family systems and individual mental health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create effective treatment plans
• Familiarity with HIPAA standards
• Experience in clinical documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
