Overview

We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients through a secure telehealth platform.

In Short

• Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform.
• Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history.
• Create and update treatment plans based on each client’s needs.
• Use appropriate evidence-based counseling approaches during sessions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow HIPAA standards and company telehealth procedures.
• Refer clients to higher levels of care when clinically appropriate.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Experience in providing telehealth services preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
