Overview

GoodParty.org is looking for an experienced contract political campaign professional with a background in campaign management, field operations, and/or communications to help local and state candidates succeed in their elections.

In Short

• Support candidates in utilizing GoodParty.org’s AI Campaign Manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Analyze elections and voter data for campaign strategies.
• Assist in executing voter contact campaigns.
• Engage in online candidate communities.
• Collaborate with the product team to improve tools.
• Provide customer success services to candidates.

Requirements

• Three years of campaign experience in a senior role.
• Track record of successful candidate campaigns.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with CRMs and data tracking tools.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Suite).
• Experience with voter files and path to victory models.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Adaptability to changing campaign dynamics.
