AI Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an AI Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for generating consistently high-quality and accurately labeled data through various methods to facilitate the training and evaluation of AI models at Goodnotes. You will collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers and play a crucial role in the improvement of our products and services.

• Utilize proprietary software applications to label data for AI models accurately.
• Support the delivery of high-quality, curated data to enhance model training and performance.
• Conduct thorough stress-tests on models and features for safe AI systems.
• Engage in prompt engineering for features based on large language models.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers to enhance labeling tools.
• Become an expert on model behavior and communicate findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related fields.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in professional English (C1 level or higher).
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading and writing).
• Professional working proficiency of Korean is a plus.
• Experience in a labeling or annotation role is beneficial.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Eager to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
