AdTech & Ad Operations Team Lead - Remote

Overview

You are an experienced and strategically thinking leader with a passion for AdTech and digital marketing. You love developing teams, managing complex projects, and actively shaping the digital advertising landscape.

In Short

• Lead and develop a diverse team of AdTech & Yield Managers, AdOps Managers, and interns.
• Manage and prioritize all AdTech and Ad Operations projects, including coordinating technical advancements in our AdStack.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Development teams to ensure smooth operations and innovative solutions.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of campaign and AdTech processes, optimize digital advertising revenues, and evaluate new revenue opportunities.
• Actively engage in strategically important or complex technical projects.
• Serve as a sales partner for campaign concepts and format development, responsible for forecasting and planning programmatic revenues.
• Represent the team at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networks.

Requirements

• Strong passion for Advertising and AdTech.
• At least 3 years of experience in Ad Operations, with initial experience in leading teams.
• Proficient in Google Ad Manager from the publisher's perspective and familiar with other tools like Google AdExchange and Google Analytics.
• High affinity for numbers and data-driven decision-making.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to get involved operationally when necessary.
