Operations and Finance Associate (I or II) - Remote

Overview

The Operations and Finance Associate will manage multiple workstreams independently, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the fractional Director of Operations, CFO, and Executive Director.

In Short

• Support daily operational workflows, including contracts and reimbursements.
• Maintain organizational documents and ensure compliance.
• Manage recruiting processes and develop job descriptions.
• Coordinate invoice processing and staff reimbursements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Support continual improvement processes for internal systems.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial data management.
• Act as main point of contact with IT service provider.
• Maintain clean data and consistent documentation across platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience for Associate I; 5+ years for Associate II.
• Experience in finance, bookkeeping, HR, or operational roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
