An exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic startup as a Junior Buyer, responsible for executing procurement processes and ensuring a seamless buying experience for customers.

In Short

• Execute orders ensuring quality, speed, accuracy, and competitive pricing.
• Support value engineering initiatives to maximize order profitability.
• Assist senior buyers with administrative procurement tasks.
• Identify and communicate procurement challenges to management.
• Meet performance targets and key KPIs consistently.
• Follow established processes and seek guidance to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in operations, procurement, or customer service is an asset.
• College degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
• Internships or co-ops experience in relevant fields preferred.
• Experience in extra-curricular activities preferred.
• Written and spoken proficiency in English and French is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
