Junior Lawyer - Remote

Overview

The mission of this position is to manage and analyze contracts at Sensedia, a leader in the API market, providing integration solutions and consulting to large companies in Brazil and worldwide.

In Short

• Operationalize and monitor the entire process of formalizing contracts.
• Support in filling out client registration forms.
• Monitor negotiation statuses with clients.
• Organize documents, analyze and validate contractual clauses with the Legal Department.
• Maintain active contracts, create amendments, and manage contract renewals.
• Support participation in private tenders.
• Provide customer service via email and phone.
• Record information in relevant software.
• Generate reports on sector indicators.
• Participate in meetings with clients, remotely or in person.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Desirable previous experience in contract management and relevant software.
• Reside in the Campinas region.
• Have OAB registration.
