• Manage Facebook ad campaigns and create ad creatives.
• Analyze and scale campaigns to optimize for sales growth.

• Implement A/B testing for creatives and targeting.
• Track and analyze campaign performance regularly.
• Prepare performance reports identifying successes and opportunities.
• Troubleshoot issues to scale ad spend.
• Stay updated on paid social media best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Facebook Ads campaign management experience.
• Experience managing daily budgets of $20K/day minimum.
• Ability to craft compelling ad angles for conversion.
• Direct-to-Consumer marketing experience preferred.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects.
• Passion for digital media in health and wellness.
• Familiarity with basic video editing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel and Google Docs).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
