• Conduct regular competitor and market research.
• Weekly performance reports on Facebook ad campaigns.
• Monthly reports providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Pixel.
• Experience in lead generation and retargeting strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on a Graveyard Shift.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
