Associate Director/Director, Head of Finance - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Finance to lead our global finance function through the next stage of growth. The right candidate will bring strong technical expertise, commercial acumen and the ability to manage finance operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

In Short

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support global business.
• Provide actionable insights and reports to the CEO and leadership team on performance, risks, and gaps.
• Support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
• Oversee monthly group consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Manage tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including CIT, VAT, and Transfer Pricing.
• Lead and develop an international finance team across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls, governance, and compliance processes.
• Partner with Portfolio Management and Commercial teams on client proposals, payment terms, invoices, deposits, and FX.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA, CA).
• 8-12+ years of experience in both audit and commercial finance.
• Experience in a Big 4 environment and senior finance roles within high-growth businesses.
• Strong understanding of international accounting practices, especially in Hong Kong, Japan, and China.
• Ability to manage finance operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
