Overview

GoFundMe is seeking a Director Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity and AI Governance to manage and scale our privacy and AI governance programs and support our security team.

In Short

• Lead and develop a team of privacy professionals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of legal experience, focusing on privacy and data governance.
• Expertise in global privacy regulations and AI laws.
• Experience with B2C and B2B technologies.
• Background in negotiating privacy-related terms.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Familiarity with privacy management tools.
• CIPP certification or similar preferred.
• Experience in tech or financial services is a plus.
