We are looking for a Microsoft Teams Engineer to configure and manage Microsoft Teams telephony and voice services while ensuring high performance and availability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams voice solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SIP protocols and VoIP technologies.
• Experience with SIP trunks and PBX systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Teams Phone System.
• Ability to diagnose Microsoft Teams telephony issues efficiently.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills related to voice connectivity.
