Software Engineer Trust and Safety Platform - Remote

Overview

This role sits within GoDaddy's Legal Technology Engineering team, playing a key role in the business unit. We provide the technology platform that enables analysts, attorneys, and other fulfilment teams to efficiently address claims of inappropriate or illegal use related to GoDaddy’s products and services.

In Short

• Resolving production issues detected by monitoring systems, data checks, or customer support tickets.
• Collaborating with teams to produce reusable software solutions.
• Participating in an agile environment with stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Developing, testing, and deploying applications using CI/CD pipelines.
• Driving engineering initiatives to reduce technical debt.
• Designing and maintaining secure, highly available microservices-based platforms on AWS.
• Investigating and resolving production issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with Web Services and RESTful API development.
• Expertise in AWS, Python, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and Git.
• Foundation in data structures, software designs, and microservices.
