GoDaddy is seeking an outstanding and exceptionally skilled Director of Payouts to join our dynamic Commerce team, focusing on enabling SMBs to sell everywhere and fund them quickly and conveniently.

In Short

• Lead the scaling of our commerce business.

• Define initiatives for merchant balances and payouts.
• Work with Business leaders to understand market needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• 5+ years focused on product management.
• Experience with customer or developer-facing payouts.
• 2+ years leading a team of product managers.
• Strong business competence and strategy definition.
• Engineering aptitude and technical depth.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
