Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT consultant to partner with us on a part-time, contractor basis, providing high-complexity technical support and project-based engagements.

In Short

100% Remote position, must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.
Contractor role at $75/hour.
Engage on defined scopes of work.
Resolve escalated technical issues and project assignments.
Perform onboarding/offboarding tasks for users.
Provide architecture and advisory services to clients.
Prepare documentation and training for client staff.
Utilize automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Engagement governed by written SOWs.
Independent contractor status with no employee benefits.

Requirements

7+ years of IT support/consulting experience.
Deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
Strong hands-on experience with endpoint management and security tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with automation and AI tools.
Must reside and work within U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
