Overview

The Medicaid Quality Testing Engineer will serve as a technical and strategic leader responsible for overseeing testing activities across state-level implementations, ensuring high-quality testing practices and seamless integration across systems.

• Develop a 3–5 year roadmap for test strategy and automation improvements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards across multiple project teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• Understanding of automated testing tools and cloud technologies.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in a computing related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience defining an Agile Software testing process.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience with large scale teams.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.
• Expertise in defining testing criteria.
• Must be available to work during EST timezone.
• Cloud experience is a plus.
