Insurance Product Management Professional - Remote

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. We are seeking a dynamic healthcare professional to assist with managing the end-to-end process of product design for a portfolio of clients including product bid filings, new product implementation, and product change management.

In Short

• Manage product design processes for healthcare clients.
• Responsible for product bid filings and implementation.
• Accountable for documentation of benefit decisions.
• Provide accurate information and updates to leaders.
• Identify product gaps and recommend changes.
• Translate information into Member Annual Communications.
• Work independently and collaboratively.
• Must meet CMS deadlines, including weekend work.
• 2+ years of insurance operations experience required.
• Experience with Medicare plan design preferred.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in insurance operations.
• Strong communication skills in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience in auditing or document review.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and embrace change.
• Must work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Data mining experience within Excel is a plus.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations is advantageous.
