Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Go Nimbly, you’ll work with a team of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, Developers, and Analysts to build best in class solutions and impactful technology roadmaps.

In Short

• Define solution approaches and ensure appropriate estimation for projects.
• Design solutions for complex workstreams and communicate effectively with clients.
• Develop architecture principles and standards for consistent quality.
• Lead technical delivery teams and establish best-in-class DevOps approaches.
• Help clients define a roadmap for improving their RevOps tech stack.
• Coach and mentor team members on solutions and trends.
• Foster a community of architectural minds within the business.
• Stay updated on the latest releases and technology trends in RevOps.
• Conduct scoping and discovery exercises with stakeholders.
• Build templated solutions for common challenges in the SaaS space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with senior Revenue Operations stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM software and systems integration.
• Experience designing scalable solutions with long-term flexibility.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Proficiency in lean and agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of quote to cash/CPQ processes.
• Curiosity, empathy, and passion for User Experience (UX).
• Ability to lead internal and external teams effectively.
• Bonus: Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect certifications.
