Overview

We’re looking for someone to join a European company based in Portugal, combining analytical thinking and creativity, with proven experience running paid media campaigns in the events, nightlife or festivals industry.

In Short

Remote position based in Brazil
Full-time role
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on TikTok Ads and Instagram Ads
Produce visual content and short videos focused on performance
Analyze and optimize based on key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Identify trends and adapt messages for different audiences
Proven experience with TikTok Ads and Instagram Ads required
Strong skills in video and image editing
Fluent English is necessary for collaboration
Competitive payment in euros

Requirements

Proven experience with TikTok Ads and Instagram Ads
Solid skills in video and image editing (CapCut, Premiere, Canva or similar)
Previous experience in the events, nightlife, festivals or entertainment industry
Strategic mindset with strong performance orientation
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to have: Portfolio with measurable campaign results
Familiarity with conversion funnels, pixels and custom audiences
Passion for nightlife, trends and youth culture
