Treasury Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Treasury Analyst will contribute to the development and execution of various corporate treasury initiatives and tasks, including capital planning, liquidity and cash management, and relationship management with banks.

In Short

• Remote role with occasional in-office requirements for specific locations.
• Forecast daily cash investment requirements.
• Perform settlements for FX and investment transactions.
• Manage GM’s global multilateral netting process.
• Oversee cash positioning transactions.
• Maintain bank accounts and documentation.
• Lead process improvement projects.
• Develop relationships with banks and rating agencies.
• Support audits and account reconciliations.
• Contribute to corporate special projects and structured finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide accurate and timely reporting.
• Experience with cash and liquidity management.
• Understanding of compliance and control procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
