Overview

The Autonomous Vehicle Safety Case Lead will oversee the development and continuous improvement of safety cases for autonomous capabilities at GM, ensuring high safety standards and effective collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• Masters in Engineering or similar.
• 10 years of industry experience, preferably in program management.
• Experience leading complex programs across multiple teams.
• Effective at building consensus across functions.
• Self-motivated with a passion for technology and safety.
• Experience in safety case development in relevant fields.
• Technical experience with autonomous vehicles.
• System engineering experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
