Remote Project Engineer

Overview

The OTC Team needs Field Engineer's support in creating construction/project bids or proposals. This role will work in Business Development or Operations and involves advising business development or sales team on quotation details and arrangement, contract terms, reviewing contracts for completeness, collaborating with country resources on contract execution, and maintaining regional price books and databases within SAP.

• Creating proposals/quotations based on requests from Business Development/Account Representatives.
• Ensuring accurate preparation of quotations to avoid downstream impacts.
• Timely closure of requests received through sales force tool.
• Enhancing and adding value to the process.
• Managing service delivery and meeting customer requirements as per agreed SLAs.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and process excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.
• Understanding of quotes, bid, proposal, and order processing.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Persistence to complete work correctly and timely.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
