Overview

The Flexera Technical-Functional Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting Flexera operations, ensuring data quality, and troubleshooting integration issues.

In Short

• Review and resolve data quality issues within the Flexera system.
• Support day-to-day operations of Flexera including product catalog management on App Broker.
• Create and manage manual allocations and conduct maintenance operations on the Beacon landscape.
• Assist in Flexera upgrades and manage change processes for OS patches and server maintenance/upgrades.
• Review application health states and performance metrics to ensure system availability.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform data load reviews to ensure seamless operations.
• Configure reports and dashboards to support other SAP functions effectively.

Requirements

• Above 2 years of experience with Flexera tools and operations.
• Strong understanding of standard integration processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Technical proficiency with SQL queries and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience in product catalog management specific to software and IT asset management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze health states and performance.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
